Fine Tool is a tool of this mod. Functions:
- It can rotate most blocks.
- It is used for linking blocks to Remote Activator.
- Used for toggling Transfer Scaffolding's state.
- Used to view Entity Spawners' properties and change them if 'mellohi' disc is available.
