This block handles Recipes. Attach it to the machine you want to automate, put appropriate Recipes in and it will be able to make requested items on demand. But first, you will need to make an Inventory Scanner and place it adjacent to a block with inventory which should contain items used in Crafter's recipes. Inventory Scanner checks all its sides for inventories.
When an item is requested and all inputs are found, they will be inserted into the machine, and Crafter will take the results when the operation is finished and put them back into the inventory attached to a Scanner. You can queue requests, they will be displayed in second row.
Extraction and insertion modes can be sided or whole. 'Sided' means it will use inventory slots accessible from the side it is attached to; 'whole' means it will use all inventory slots.
Even Brewing Stand can be automated by this block.
