This item lets you find closest creature, block or item entity specified in Scanner's interface.
To open the interface, Alt + right click.
Here you can specify names of the objects to find and the search range. Then close the interface and right-click to search. If something was found, it will be told to the player and a string will appear which shows distance to the object.
To remove the string, Ctrl + right click with Scanner.
